The event attracted a total of 32 educators from 16 different European city-countries, members of ‘the Douzelage’ – the largest pan-European network of twinned cities – covering a wide range of educational levels, including Special Education and Higher Education. The diversity of the participants underlined the importance and scope of European partnerships in education.

In the second part of the workshop, teachers worked in groups, developing new projects focusing on the themes of Sustainability and Tourism. Creating project plans and preparing them for registration on the ESEP platform was a key part of the internship, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
The Workshop/conference was also held in the context of the Erasmus Days week, where institutions and organizations from all over Europe highlight the actions, programs and opportunities offered by Erasmus+. The celebration of Erasmus Days was an excellent opportunity to highlight the impact of the program on education, intercultural cooperation and European identity. This specific conference contributed substantially to this celebration, as through the presentations, collaborations and exchange of good practices, the spirit of Erasmus+ and eTwinning as pillars of the European educational community was highlighted . The participation of teachers from different countries reinforced the message of unity, creativity and solidarity that characterize the institution of Erasmus Days.
The success of the workshop highlights the key role of eTwinning in promoting transnational cooperation and developing innovative educational practices in Europe. Preveza, as host of this year’s meeting, actively contributed to strengthening ties between European cities and promoting dialogue on the future of education.
