Nine dutch bike to Luxembourg
Puch Parade to schengen!
Nine friends from our partner town Meerssen (NL), among them Annigje Kruytbosch, our former president of Douzelage Europe, recently set off on a special trip to Luxembourg – and they did it in style: on their vintage Puch mopeds, which reach just 50 km/h and are only allowed on country roads!
The group meet with the Douzelage Niederanven team for a wine tasting.
On Wednesday, 23 July, they made a stop in Schengen. After visiting the European Museum, a few members of the Douzelage Team Niederanven and the two aldermen, Josselijn and Jacques, of the Commune of Niederanven joined them for a relaxed wine tasting.
As always, it was a warm and joyful get-together, full of great conversations, truly in the spirit of European friendship!
