For the third time our Dutch partners in Meerssen, Netherlands host the General Meeting (29th)

The Irish partner town, Bundoran, hosted the 28th General Meeting.

Updated codicil to reflect five new partner towns
Updated codicil to reflect five new partner towns

Following the EU expansion in 2004, 5 new towns join the organisation – Chojna-PL, Köszeg-HU, Sigulda-LV, Sušice-CZ & Türi-EE. The codicil to the original charter is updated accordingly.
